Welcome to TwoDo. Your trust matters to us, and we’re committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TwoDo, you agree to this policy. 1. What We Collect When you use TwoDo, we may collect the following: Personal Data You Provide Name (to personalize your experience) Email address or login credentials (for account creation and syncing) Photos you upload to bucket list items Partner invite codes (to link with your partner) Feedback or reviews you submit in-app Device Access Basic device information (for analytics, performance, and security) We do not collect your location, contacts, or payment data unless required for a specific feature (e.g. App Store subscription management). 2. How We Use Your Information We use your data strictly to make TwoDo work better for you: To store and sync your bucket list across devices To link your account with your partner’s (if you choose to) To let you upload and generate content (like memory videos) To improve app performance, identify bugs, and enhance features To respond to customer support requests Your data is not sold or rented. It’s only used to support the core features you use. 3. Third-Party Services We may use secure, vetted third-party tools to: Authenticate users (e.g., Supabase, Apple, or Firebase) Provide analytics and crash reporting Process image uploads or generate collage videos These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it to support TwoDo. 4. Photo Data Policy What We Collect: Photos you upload to bucket list items for memory-keeping or to generate shareable collages. How It’s Used: Uploaded photos are only used to display in your app or generate personalized memory content (like videos or collages). Nothing is used for facial recognition or biometric analysis. Third-Party Sharing: Photos are not shared or sold. If a third-party processor (like a collage/video generator) is used, your photos are securely transferred and deleted after use. Retention: Photos are retained only while your account is active or until you manually delete them. Deleting your account will erase all stored photos and data. Storage: Images may be temporarily processed on secure servers and stored on trusted cloud services for syncing across devices. 5. Data Security We use encryption, secure infrastructure, and technical safeguards to protect your information. While no system is 100% secure, we take ongoing steps to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. 6. Your Rights You have full control over your data. You may: View or update your profile info Delete photos you’ve uploaded Unlink your partner account Delete your entire account (this removes all personal and photo data) Use the app settings or email us at ? noreatechco@gmail.com for assistance. 7. Do-Not-Track (DNT) TwoDo does not currently respond to DNT browser signals due to a lack of consistent industry standards. 8.
